Demian Bichir and Emilia Clarke have joined the cast of Richard Shepard’s “Dom Hemingway.”
The pair join Jude Law and Richard E. Grant in the film about a safecracker (Law), released from prison, who’s looking to collect what he’s owed.
Mexican actor Bichir, who received an Academy Award nomination for last year’s “A Better Life,” will play Law’s former crime boss. British actress Clarke, best known for her leading role in HBO skein “Game of Thrones,” is set as Law’s daughter.
Also joining the cast are British actor Jumayn Hunter and Romanian actress Madalina Ghenea.
Produced by Jeremy Thomas’ Recorded Picture Company, alongside BBC Films, CinemaNX/Isle of Man Film, Pinewood Films and Lionsgate, “Dom Hemingway” marks Shepard’s first feature since 2007′s “The Hunting Party.” The film starts lensing Oct. 15 last year in the south of France.
